Q: ACTIVATE IPHONE

Dear sir,

  • I have iPhone 5
  • operating system 9.1.2
  • I upgraded it to iOS 9.3, but I have a problem with activate iPhone.my username in cloud is disabled.

when I try to do unlock for this user,I get message"the instruction to unlock user is sent to your email xxxx@yahoo.com". after that, I check my email,but I don't any message from Apple.

 

please, help us.I haven't used my mobile since 23MAR
