Q: ios update to IOS 9.3
Updated ipad2 to IOs 9.3 via wifi, appeared to work ok, then get message 'cant activate device'. Searched web for potential solutions. Installed latest ITunes
on PC, then downloaded IOS9.3 on PC, connected Ipad2, ITunes initially recognises then says 'cant verify device'. Went to Apple Support and
they send an email say log onto IOS diagnostics on your Ipad (why when I have told them the problem?) I have been trying a solution for more than 24 hours and this is not acceptable. Has anyone actually solved the problem or know how close Apple are to solving the problem. I don't know why Apple haven't made a public statement and apology about this,
