Q: Iphone 6s and iPad linking

Hi,

My wife and I each have new iPhone 6s'. My wife also owns an iPad. For some reason my phone calendar, notes etc. show up on her iPad rather than her notes etc. How do I change this so her phone links with her iPad instead of mine?

You each need your own Apple IDs = everything is connected to AND from an individual Apple ID

everybody log out of the devices
each of you log into your own device with unique Apple IDs

Thanks. We do have separate Apple ID's so I will try shutting everything down and reentering on our senate phones, the iPad and our Macbook Pro.
