- Hook up the iPad powered ON to the computer with iTunes
- Now hold the home / power button until the iPad turns off. Continue holding for 10 seconds then release the power button BUT CONTINUE pressing the home button until iTunes recognizes your iPad.
It will ask if you want it to go in to recovery mode and it will begin to try and download iOS 9.3 again. My iPad is still updating. I don't know if this will work yet but it got me past the iTunes not recognizing my iPad part!
