How can I transfer photo's from p/c to I phone 5s any help would be appreciated

To transfer photos from a PC to an iPhone try one of these methods:

One method is via iTunes sync: Sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in iTunes - Apple Support
Another is via 3rd party apps such as http://www.photosync-app.com
Another is via Photo Stream: My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support
