Mar 25, 2016 12:55 AM in response to Demoby pilar21,so i was following all steps and i reached the last one as none of the previous worked, and my ipad was one of the devices on my iCloud together with my iphone, i disconnected as requested, tried to activate my ipad again and still get the same message, anymore hints please? not sure why is not activating if it was fine before the update....

Mar 26, 2016 1:03 AM in response to brenden dvby pilar21,MAny many thanks guys i somehow conected the ipda to the mac and while conecting i pressed the home bottom and was able to con ect to itunes from which i had 2 options update or restore and didnt have to restore, updated correctly and activated. Am a happy soul again . Many many thanks all. Pilar
