Q: iCloud does not back up contacts, calendar, notes

I see you're concerned about iCloud backing up your content. By any chance are you looking at your contacts and calendar on iCloud.com? If so, then this doesn't have to do with backing up, but rather syncing over iCloud. If your iCloud contacts and calendars are different on your iPhone compared to iCloud.com then I suggest you follow through the steps below.

Yes, I was looking at contacts, calendar, etc. on iCloud.com on my PC. The syncing is not complete. I went through the help suggested by you step by step. I still find that all those contacts entered in the last one year in my iPhone are not found under contacts in iCloud.com on my PC. I am using Windows 10. Is there anything else that I should do to see that all the contacts in my iPhone are synced with icloud.com?
