You mention that your iPhone 5s camera isn't working and you've already restored your iPhone.
Did you restore from a backup? If so, next I'd recommend restoring your iPhone as new and testing the camera with the device in factory condition. You can use the steps in How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups.
When your iPhone has been restored as a new device, try this step from Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping
. If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.
