Luke - I downloaded the new Iphone soft wear - when it was rebooting, it needed my ORIGINAL Apple ID and password "that was used to set up the phone" - I have NO CLUE what that was. I have reset my Apple ID and have a new password - but that does NOT work on my phone - and now I am WITHOUT a cell phone. HELP??? Luke

I understand that after updating your iPhone to iOS 9.3, your current Apple ID and password are not working to activate your device. In some cases, the hint that you see on the Activate iPhone screen may not match your current Apple ID.
