Q: I'm trying to get an update of software update but it kept saying " this phone( Iphone 5S) is no onger connected to internet while I'm using internet. Please help me figure it out why.

The iOS 9.3 update was pulled for the iPhone 5S and older iPhones because of activation issues. It will be unavailable for the next few days.

Contact Apple Support - AND - file a "bug report" from the menu choice on this form > http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

In this case, I don't think filing feedback is necessary, as they're already aware of the issue.

I getcha... it may make the "victim" feel better though - and maybe "help" Apple in the future by quantifying their metrics
