Q: display wrong carrier network after changing carrier
Hi. I am from Malaysia. My phone is iPhone 5 which I bought from MAXIS service provider in 2012.Yesterday, I migrated to another service provider which is CELCOM. My problem is my iphone keep showing MAXIS as my service provider and I cannot make outgoing or receiving call. When I change my simcard into another iphone, it work perfectly and it showed CELCOM as my service provider. What should I do? I already reset my iphone network setting and already called both CELCOM and MAXIS helpline. CELCOM said my line is active and MAXIS said since I migrating into another service provider, they cant do anything.
Please help me. Thank you in advance for your support.
