Q: One update not downloading
I received a notice that there were two updates in the App Store: OSX 10.11.4 and Microsoft Remote Desktop 8.0.28. OSX downloaded and installed without issue. Microsoft, not so much. The App Store asked me for iCloud password to sign in, which I supplied, and then I got an error message saying it could not verify my computer or device. I was already signed in or I would not have been able to download OSX 10.11.4. What do I do?

try a restart then launch App Store or relaunch the Finder or sign out of your user name and back in
