Q: ITunes is unable to recognize my iPad 2 for iOS 9.3 upgrade
Just like a lot of others I upgraded my iPad 2 to iOS 9.3 before knowing there was an issue with activation. I am now trying to use iTunes for a force restart, but because I use a passcode to keep my device locked iTunes will not continue the restore. When I unlock my device after the reboot and then have iTunes 'Try Again' to connect, I get the message of 'iTunes was unable to verify your device.' Is there anything I can do at home or do I have to go into an Apple Store to resolve? This is super frustrating!! Thanks in advance.
