Q: Update iOS 9.3 installation problem

Apple has cancelled the 9.3 update due to complications.

See if you can force restart your iPad.

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Please hold off - the update has been withdrawn to rectify issues

For the moment - if your iDevice is working fine - then it is ok to hold off
