Q: Music App crashes/ freeze after iOS 9.3 updates

I have tried terminating the app, turn airplane mode on and off, and turned off my iPhone 5. None of my tries were successful. I turned off Apple Music and use of cellular data so for sure it's not from weak data connection. Please help! I can't live th out my music!

There are known issues with 9.3
Apple is working on a fix
