DesktopsYes, that would probably a good idea since the genius or product expert should
be able to inspect the computer to see what appears to be the issue, and offer
advice as to what should be done to help it. Some older models had odd problem
if they had a swollen battery; later models have other possible cause for symptoms.
What model and build year is the one you have? Is it the 12-inch Retina MacBook 2015?
Sometimes new threads appear in similar yet incorrect topic areas; so it helps to know
what the product is, exactly, since MacBook name has been in use since 2006.
Hopefully the Apple Store genius can help; be sure to contact them ahead for appointment.
