    Dunno.

Perhaps more detail please. What are you experiencing? Have you tried other power outlets? Are the cables fully plugged into the port? I know I've thought mine was plugged in and it really wasn't so my iPad didn't charge.

Barring any signs of 'abuse or neglect' (apple's words, not mine) the charger has the same 1 year warranty as your device against manufacturer's defects so it may be covered under warranty if it's failed.

Are you talking about when cable connect to computer?

With the iPad on a USB port on a computer may not provide enough power to charge the device. With the screen off it should charge

To the wall charger that came with the iPad?

    - Try another cable. The cable for 5G or later iPod (lightning connector) seems to be more prone to failure than the older cable.

    - Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.

    - Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

You want to make sure that you are using the charger that the iPad Pro came with. I thought that I could use my iPhone charger, but it wouldn't charge. The iPad Pro comes with a 12W charger and the iPhone comes with a 10W.
