Q: iTunes won't connect to the iTunes Store
Hello!
iTunes isn't connecting to the iTunes store, and it won't log in my apple ID either. Error 11222 keeps occurring. However, I can sign into the app store and my apple ID works perfectly well online. All other devices on the network are able to access the iTunes store.
I have tried everything that has been recommended; reconfiguring firewalls, resetting parental controls, updating iTunes and system software (both of which are running on the most recent updates), clearing cache - nothing seems to be working.
This has been happening for about a month now, even though I have been able to access the store once previously, about 3 months ago.
The images below are of the error message, and also the loading screen where iTunes will attempt to connect to the store for 3-4 minutes before the error message appears.
Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!
