Check everything.
The most likely cause is that on the iPhone in Settings > Messages that something is not the same.
It could be that the iPhone Number is not linked to iMessages any more (this is not a user changeable thing but it has happened to me twice).
It could be the iPhone is not using the WiFi and therefore not on the same LAN as the Mac.
SMS to the Carrier could be Off (if the iPhone is getting them it will not be this)
Could be in Text Forwarding the Mac is no longer selected.
If nothing is obvious then close down the Text Forwarding then reset it so that new Code number is created on the Mac.
