Q: Apple tv plays other movies but will not download one rented movie

The Dhamma Brothers movie.  We rented this movie at 11:00 am and it will not download or play for more than a few seconds.  All other of my 200 odd movies play fine. It has to be a problem with the Apple server.  Help or refund.
