Mar 28, 2016 8:57 PM in response to Blauzornby MichelPM,Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake button simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Mar 28, 2016 10:34 PM in response to Blauzornby StanTBK,Faced the same issue. solved it by removing and reinserting the SIM Card. However, after restarting the iPad 2, it shows No Service again.
I do, however, noticed that after the latest update for iPad 2 to iOS 9.3 (13E236), the "Mobile Data Number" has become "Unknown".
