Mar 24, 2016 11:50 PM in response to Austinpowerdby Austinpowerd,I tried resetting the iPhone setting and also restoring from backup after erasing contents. Both these methods don't work.. Funny thing, I work at apple and cant get anyone at work to suggest something that might fix this. I also couldnt click on links embedded in the ical, this whole thing stinks. Have to go to genius bar i guess..

Mar 25, 2016 12:26 AM in response to Austinpowerdby Austinpowerd,Chatted with iPhone support.. After few debug steps including having to install chrome and opera, it was diagnosed to be an iOS/Safari issue.
this is what I think might have happened. There may have been a software ‘hiccup’ that occurred when you updated to iOS 9.3. I would suggest restoring to factory settings through iTunes and try it again. So, either continue with Chrome or wait for 9.3.1 or restore to factory and reload 9.3. You won’t be able to roll back to 9.2
so i am off groggily to do this now..

Mar 27, 2016 2:16 PM in response to john367by W3p,i have the same problem. Some links work fine, but suddenly it doesn't work anymore. Nothing happens when clicking the link in Safari. If I try holding the finger on the link (to open in new tab) Safari hangs.. Can't do anything but double click home button and close Safari. This happened after updating to iOS v9.3. Any fixes except installing a fresh copy of the iOS?

Mar 29, 2016 9:07 AM in response to W3pby W3p,I can also confirm that links from Mail causes the app (Mail) to crash as well. JavaScript is turned off, makes some links in Safari work. Has Apple acknowledged the problem?

Mar 31, 2016 12:31 PM in response to Austinpowerdby joe_7399,Hello Austinpowerd,
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
From your question, I understand that hyperlinks are not behaving as expected after updating to iOS 9.3. We know how frustrating situations like this can be and we want to make sure your devices are working as expected.
iOS 9.3.1 was recently released. Performing this update should resolve this situation.
If hyperlinks don't open in Safari, Mail, or Messages after updating to iOS 9.3 - Apple Support
Cheers!
