Q: My iPhone 5s has LOTS issues since upgrading to iOS 9.3

There is a new version of the 9.3 update 13E5237

See if you can download and use that instance

FYI...  Apple is working on fixes, hope they come soon.

Unfortunately you can't. Apple has quit signing that version.

BTW, the new build is 13E237. 9to5Mac misreported it as 13E5237 and then many in the media pick it up from there.

The new build only addresses the activation issues. Issues with links, etc remain to be fixed.
