Last week, I bought an iPhone 5c from a premium reseller in Spain. It was in previously a display model, but I'm the first real owner. I'm having issues with the camera. When I try to take a photo in the camera app, it either shows a black screen or a fuzzy frozen image. While in photo mode, it is impossible to take a picture or switch between the front and back camera. However, I am able to take video with both cameras and use FaceTime! The camera also works in camwow and when I use messenger apps. I have tried closing the app, updating to the latest iOS and a reset to no avail. I'm extremely frustrated because I'm traveling and would like to take pictures. It seems to be a software issue since the cameras work in other apps and with video. Please help!
