Q: Can't See Text in Word Documents

Try highlighting where some text should be & see what Font it's using.

Try cut and paste, selecting paste format to text only. Does the new document also show no text? What font does the new document say should be displayed?

I had the same problem. Two things worked:

1. Copy the whole document and then pasting into a new one - with the "paste special" function and use Rich Text Format.

2. I changed the view to "outline" and the text showed up. I then changed the view back to "print layout" and it was fine.

Very strange.

Mine happened when I upgraded to Version 15.24.
