Did you import these tracks ("sessions of hypnosis") into your iTunes library?
If so, where do they appear in your iTunes library? In your Music library, along with your songs? Are you able to play them in iTunes (on the computer)? What audio format are they... MP3, AAC, other?

Is your iPod an "iPod mini" (pictured above), which is quite old and may have limitations? Or a more recent model. This document shows the iPod models
Identify your iPod model - Apple Support
Did you import these tracks ("sessions of hypnosis") from the CD into your iTunes library? If so, where do they appear in your iTunes library? In your Music library, listed along with your songs? Or are they still only on the CD?
What audio format are they? If they are in your iTunes library, you can do a Get Info on the item in iTunes (right-click Get Info). On the Info window, look on the File tab for Kind.

Does that mean you loaded the tracks onto your iPod and iPad already, but can't play them? Or does this mean you can't play them on iPod and iPad because you don't know how to load them?
