Q: How do I delete iOS 9.3 and go back to iOS 9.2?

I Installed iOS 9.3 on my iPad Air 2 day ago and has encontered a lot of problems since. How can I go back to iOS 9.2?

There is no way for downgrade. Downgrade was never supported by Apple.
