Mar 29, 2016 6:12 AM in response to travelingman898by thunderzzz,Did you try to update Safari on your Mac? What is the version of OS X on your machine? If you still have 10.8.2 you need to update operating system in order to use the latest Safari version bundled with OS X El Capitan.

Mar 30, 2016 7:52 AM in response to travelingman898by Eric Root,Is the Safari update showing up in the App Store Update tab? You should be able to update to version 9.1 based on other discussions I've read.

Mar 30, 2016 8:55 AM in response to Eric Rootby travelingman898,Yes, it does, and I've downloaded 8 times, all to no avail. The previous poster (Thunderzzz) told me that the update would only work with El Capitan (I have Yosemite and do not want to go to El Capitan). Either way, this is not something that I can't live without, it just would be nice to get a resolution from the Apple Techs...
