Q: One Graphic card idle ?
Hello,
I have a mid 2015 Macbook Pro Retina display with the two Graphics Cards. One of the card is the AMND Radeon R9 M370X and the other is the Intel Iris Pro.
The thing is, when I go under System information, I see that only the AMD Radeon is supplying my 3 monitors. I have two external monitors (connected by Thunderbolt and HDMI) and the Laptop monitor is self. The other Graphic card, the Intel Iris Pro seems idle, not supplying any monitors. Is this normal ??

By design it only uses one graphics card at a time. If you want to force it to use higher performance graphics all the time, see Set graphics performance on MacBook Pro - Apple Support
