You'll need the USB cable that should have come with the iPod.
You'll need to tell us what exact model iPod you have as there are around 30 different iPods. The [1.3] is not really enough to identify it.

"iPod 1"? If this is the (original) 1st gen iPod from 2001, it has a FireWire port. You need a standard FireWire cable with 6-pin ("400") connector. However, your PC needs to have a FireWire port. There is no such thing as a USB to FireWire adapter or cable. If you see one being sold, it is a scam (and may cause damage if used).
If your iPod is not the 1st gen model, please post back with the actual iPod type.
