You can try putting a sim card into the phone a few times, the carrier for the sim card will set the time on the iPhone, this correct time should un-disable the phone.
Hope this helps!

somebody please help me solve my iohinr disabled issue 24million minutes like how apple I dont wanna loose anything so please fix for me please im mad right cos I ve new stuff on the phone with I didnt back up
You fix it by waiting for it to stop being disabled and then entering the right passcode to get into your phone.
if you don't know your passcode or you forgot, then sorry a restore using iTunes is the only resolution.
yes you will lose all of your data.
since you didn't backup, hopefully you at least imported your pics over to your computer as you would a digital camera, or sync with iclouds or email program for contacts, calendar etc..

Mar 30, 2016 7:53 PM in response to razmee209by jonty_b,It sounds like the issue has been caused by a issue in the time keeping in the phone, the iPhone does this as a security feature because the time that has been set for it is not correct. You would not be able to incorrectly input a password enough times for the phone to be disabled for that long, it is simply not possible.

Sorry I've seen this enough to know that it is caused by inputting the wrong passcode on an iphone.
And your first reply about removing the sim card has nothing to do with the issue the OP is having.
