Q: Captive Login redirect problem in iOS 9.2.1 on IPHONE 4s.

I have to restart my phone everytime to redirect to captive login page for internet connection. As soon as, my phone lose the signal range and after coming back into signal range of wifi in my office, my cell phone do not redirect me to captive login page so that i can keep alive my internet connection again. I restart my cell phone everytime to redirect it to captive login page after connecting with wifi connection.

Also there is not any option for auto login to captive login page to keep alive internet connection after evey time lease (in my case 17 minutes).
