Q: Ipad cannot sync photo after ios 9.3

After updated my Ipad air 2(64G) to version 9.3 and Itune in my PC to version 12.3.3

I cannot sync photo from my PC(Win7) to my Ipad.

Before updated I can sync it without any problem.

I try several way

- restart both PC/Ipad

- uncheck sync photos -restart- checked again

- uncheck Sync Photos - erase all - restart - check Sync Photos and choose All folder again

- uncheck Sync Photos - erase all - restart - check Sync Photos and choose Selected Folder

- check my Hard disk capacity (100GB free) and my Ipad mem free 37G

none of above can solve my problem.

But When I try to sync my PC with my old Ipad 2 (7.1.2) It's can sync correctly.

If you have any solution please share with me.I have no idea how to solve this problem.

Thanks you.

I just try another several way but it doesn't work anyway.

    - Erase all content and setting -> set up as new ipad -> create new album folder -> try to sync 1folder(10sub folder 1184photos)  : Not sync

    - Restore Ipad -> create new album folder -> try to sync 1folder(10sub folder 1184photos)  : Not sync

    Anyone found any solution?

or we have wait till apple launch their new product T^T

I have the same problem on an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3. I haven't tried it since updating to iOS 9.3.1, but I have had problems even after clean restoring to 9.3. The syncing process will begin but iTunes will, all of a sudden in the middle of syncing a folder, stop syncing as if it's complete; but the sync is clearly incomplete as there are photos that should've synced but haven't. It's a very strange issue for sure. I'll try it out on 9.3.1 and reporr back.

    Two suggestions perhaps.

On your PC, open File Explorer, and under Photos (or My Photos in W7) you should see a folder called iPod Photo Cache (iPod is correct). Delete it, reboot the computer and then try again.

If not then try disabling your Antivirus temporarily, rebooting and then trying again. Make sure the AV did not turn itself on upon rebooting.

I think I'm having the same problem here, only from iPhoto on a MacBook Pro running 10.10.5 (Yosemite) to a brand new iPad Pro bought today, running 9.3.1.  The sync of photos via iTunes starts just fine, but simply cuts off about half way through during the syncing of the 3000 photos.  Half my photos just will not sync across.  I don't have this problem syncing to my old iPad Air, all the photos sync just fine to that from iPhoto.

This is really annoying, especially considering the iPad Pro was only bought today.  Wasting a ton of time trying to get this right.  Would appreciate any ideas on what could be wrong, or is it yet another Apple bug?

I had this problem last week and it was solved uninstalling itunes 12.3.3 and installing the previous version, 12.3.2.35

Similar problem. I just updated my iPad Pro from iOS 9.2.1 to 9.3.1 using iTunes 9.3.3.17 .

The photos from iPhotos on my iMac stopped syncing to my iPad Pro via iTunes.
Music is having problems syncing too. Everything was fine with 9.2.1; everything connected and synced fine with 9.2.1.

I hoped that waiting for the fixes to 9.3 that  iOS 9.3.1 was going to prevent the frustrating, time-consuming bugs.

From other discussions, I see that others are having this problem. Is Apple working on it?

I am having the same problem syncing from my MacBook Pro to any device with 9.3 or higher. It begins to sync as normal but 1/4 of the way through the photos it stops as if completed even though all photos and folders are not synced. This is not an issue with any device I have not upgraded to 9.3.

I called Apple support and they opened a support case but now it has been over a month and they will not follow back up with me or return my calls. I am starting to think this is not a bug but a change in iOS introduced to force us into using Photos rather than our own photo structure.

It looks as though the new version of iTunes 12.4 released yesterday may have solved this syncing photos problem.  From first glance it now looks as though all my missing photos have synced across to my iPad Pro from iPhoto, via an iTunes sync.  However I have heard reports of the new iOS version 9.3.2 actually bricking the smaller iPad Pros, so I wouldn't advise installing that yet.  On the bright side, Apple listened and the syncing problem certainly seems to have sorted here anyway!
