Mar 31, 2016 6:54 AM in response to Kenichi Watanabeby jmstewart516,I tried the shuffle on my husband's cord and it no longer had the issue. I took it back to target today and got a new one and, low and behold, that one also had the issue. I think it must be a bad batch or something.
