Q: Did Apple find a solution to to the new IOS 9.3? Links in all applications are not working on some IPHONE 6 Plus?

AAfter the new update of the IOS 9.3, links in applications such as Safari, emails, other third party applications are not working. I called Apple and they assured me that they are working on that and there will be new release soon to solve the problem.

 

Any update?

iOS 9.3.1 was just released about 30 minutes ago, it specifically addresses this issue.
