Q: When you release an update to iOS 9.3 and safari connections doesn't work, having to use Google direct to activate any websites and even that doesn't work great

Downloaded the new IOS 9.3 software and now cannot open any website using Safari, had to download Google to access any websites, which is not ideal as a preference I use Safari on all my devices.

The issue has been already fixed in 9.3.1. Download the latest update

If hyperlinks don't open in Safari, Mail, or Messages after updating to iOS 9.3 - Apple Support
