Q: My son's ipad screen will not respond. Key points that affect this...he turned on voiceover and siri is turned off through restrictions. Soft reset did not work.

The slider will not work to log in and the voice over is recording all actions attempted. We can not use Siri to turn it on as she is turned off via restrictions to limit search features. Little man turned on voice over right before this all happened which he does use sometimes as an adaptive educational tool. Help please, he needs the ipad as a adaptive learning aide (special needs) for school...

Hello B'sMom,

I understand that you are having an issue with the touchscreen of your son's iPad. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.

I noticed the you have done some troubleshooting on your end but I would also look at the steps outlined in the article below. It will have you clean the screen as well as removing any case that might interfere with the touch capabilities. If it does not work, then you will need to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
