Q: I don't have access to my phone and it is supposed to fixed by now.

Hi,

So I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 9.3 and to activate my iPhone 5s i would need to login into my Apple ID. I did so and turns out my Apple ID is disabled which i am aware of. I called Apple Support twice which I had a talk with 4 different Advisors, two of them who I believe are just regular Apple Support Advisors and two who are Senior Advisors. The first phone call, the advisor tried to help me answer the security questions and finding rescue emails which was not what i wanted as I described in my case. I have forgotten everything about my rescue email and my security questions as I made it 4-5 years ago and have not updated it all this long. I then was directed to a Senior Advisor who tried doing the same thing trying to help me find my answers to the security questions and find my rescue email which did not help me whatsoever. At last I was told that there was only one option left which was to give Apple the receipt indicating my proof of purchase and if I had pick this option, i would lose all the files on my phone as they would be able to reset my phone. I agreed as I had no other options and was eager to get my phone back. May I remind you as long as I can't solve this issue, I will not have access to my phone at all. I only can receive calls but will not be able to tell whether i missed calls or make any calls.

A few days after that, to be specific Thursday 24th of March 2016 where i finally had a duplicate of my receipt from the Apple Store in which i purchased my iPhone 5s. Later that night I requested a call from Apple which i was on hold for 40 minutes until I finally was able to talk to a regular Apple Support Advisor who redirected me to a Senior Advisor as i got disconnected the first time and was on hold for another 20 minutes i believe. Now, at this point I was talking to a Senior Advisor who was finally useful and went straight to the point, I received an email where I had  a link to where I can send the pictures of my receipt to Apple. I have successfully done so. The Senior Advisor told me that he has sent my case and information to someone I believe is in a higher hierarchy of Apple Support that would deal with resetting my iPhone 5s. I was aware of losing files of this process. The Senior Advisor also told me that I would receive a call from Apple in 4-5 working days. Today is Friday 1st of April 2016 in UK which is the 6th working day and I still have not received a call from Apple. Now all I would like to know is if my case is still out there, I would love to at least receive an update, but I haven't received any update at all. I would like to know that it is not forgotten. One last thing, perhaps I may have already received a call where I could have missed it and was not able to tell whether I missed a call from Apple, but I doubt it as I would usually get an email about missing calls from Apple. The Senior Advisor also told me once I received this call from Apple I should connect my iPhone to iTunes and reboot it which I had done to see if I have missed a call and nothing has happened.

I understand that this may seem like a huge complaint, but I don't understand why Apple would give us false information. I would like to remind you again that as long as this issue is not fixed I will not be able to use my iPhone at all other than to receive calls in which I can't even tell I missed a call.

Also, if any of you have similar issues like this, I would really appreciate if you share your experience and if your case or issue was ever solved, or how long it may have taken you. What I'm asking for right now is how long left do I have to wait to receive a phone call from Apple or is my case already forgotten. If you are asking me to give Apple a call, I would not be so keen on that as I doubt an advisor would have this information since it took 2 advisors and 2 Senior advisors to somewhat help me solve an issue which is still depending and not satisfying.

Thanks
