If not, use Target Disk mode if possible, or put the old computer's internal drive in an enclosure.

Apr 1, 2016 5:32 PM in response to rosalina5torresby BobHarris,Since this is a Macbook Air, it does not have a normal internal disk drive that you can put into an enclosure. It may be possible to find a supplier that has an enclosure that will accept the Macbook Air SSD cards. Check with MacSales.com, or Google.
iFixIt.com should have instructions on how to disassemble your Macbook Air.

Apr 2, 2016 7:25 PM in response to rosalina5torresby Tony T1,You need to pull the SSD from the old/broken MacBook Air and put in in an enclosure (as Bob suggested).
You can purchase the enclosure at OWC here: Envoy Pro enclosure for Apple Original SSD
(Select the enclosure compatible with the year of your MBA)
