Apr 1, 2016 11:34 AM in response to Jil Kapashiby EmilianoDTH,Apple should be really aware of this bug already. But there's been 2 releases so far (9.3 and 9.3.1) and they didn't fix it.
I'm guessing they are not doing it on purpose. Many people use this glitch on purpose to take away the transition effects (since there ain't no manual option to take it off) and my guess is they are just waiting to see if they include that option somewhere in the Settings to finally fix it.

Apr 2, 2016 9:42 AM in response to iFanForeverby iFix.in.Need,I Face the same issue now. After i dial something, the transitions changed from smooth to rapid. But this can be resolved by restarting my iphone. I think there's a bug in ios9. I hope this can be fixed.

Apr 4, 2016 5:36 AM in response to iFanForeverby NdrsCrsh,The same issue to me. iPhone 6s+
This problem and the one https://discussions.apple.com/message/28971901#28971901 regarding the played sounds when taking a photo are still happening.
The followings ssolutions didn't solved the problem
New iPhone just bought in Appme Store (same problem in 1 day)
Restoring a back up
Recover as default
Reset settings
Let's hope a new solution soon from Apple, it shouldn't be happening.

Apr 7, 2016 10:52 AM in response to iFanForeverby coer,I have the same problem using iPad Pro 9.7 and latest iOS 9.3.1. Really is nasty and uncomofortable the bug. And yes the only way to fix for a little time is rebooting the iPad.

Apr 8, 2016 9:12 PM in response to coerby Mehtavikas,I just read some where that this is due to the use of Dynamic wallpapers. I have since then switched to static wallpapers and hopefully it goes away...

Apr 15, 2016 3:53 AM in response to anugrahagbby iFix.in.Need,TWo ways to fix this issue since ios 9.3 does not include an option for this quick transition. First, the basic way to do this is to restart your iohone. This will fix the bug. The other way, you go to the settings and change the view of your iphone into zoomed and then set it back to standard. hope it helps.
