Q: When Attempting To Activate My Iphone5S It Says A Couple More Steps, And I Have To Log In With My Apple ID, I Have Username And Password Correct, After About A 2 Hour Wait It Says It Cannot Connect. Help?

I Thank You For Your Assistance, This Did Not Help. After Following Each Step In Order My Iphone Requires I Log In And Yet It's Nowhere To Be Found On The Cloud And My Itunes Treats It As If It's Already Activated But It Is Not On My Devices List. The Exact Failure I Am Getting On My Iphone States:

Alright, So The Phone Has Been Restored And Even Trying To Activate It Again, I Receive The Same Fail Message As Before.

My Itunes Recognizes It And I Can Sync Everything To It But It's Not Recognized As My Device On My Cloud Or On My Device List. My Phone Itself Will Not Connect With The Server So I Cannot Get Past That Single Screen For Login.
