Q: Ipod touch 5th generation that is updated to version 9.3.1 but when connected to computer shows its connected to computer but not to iTunes. How do you fix this issue? The iPod touch battery is fully charged no other issues.
iPod touch 5th Generation 32gb refurbished model is fully charged and updated to iOS 9.3.1 as of today, the issue is the iPod once connected to the computer shows its connected to the computer but NOT connected to iTunes. What can I do to rectify this issue and sync the iPod Touch to iTunes? Computer has been restarted and iPod Touch connected to a different USB port and still the same issue.
