Q: How do I upload photos to iCloud Drive from my iPhone

Now I'm FRUSTRATED!  I don't need to write to a community.  I would rather speak to a person who is paid to do this job and HELP me.  Ridiculous!!!

So, who is 'out there' who can answer my question?  I am paying for this iCloud and Apple feature but can't use it.  I want to move photos from my Albums on my iPhone to the iCloud drive.  I have selected photos and cannot find the option to move them to the drive.  I have gone to the drive to see if there is an option to download items ... (silence!).

Now I have to figure out how to find THIS site again so I can see if anyone has replied.  So much for 'Apple Support'.  Disappointing.

Okay, "Community", hope you can help!
