Q: Activation Error, Update IOS 9.3, ipad 3 gsm

1. Update from Firmware 9.2.1 to 9.3 (13E237) by OTA update. Activation Error.

Error message: Incorrect Apple ID."k.......................@icoud.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPad.

I'm sure that I enter right Apple ID (kimnguyenlk1@icloud.com) and right password.

When I log in id "kimnguyenlk1@icloud.com" on website icloud.com, it says that "No devices" in Find My Iphone tab.

 

2. Try to restore from 9.3 to 9.2.1 (13D15)by Itunes (PC). Reset in DFU mode. Restore to firmwave 9.2.1 (download from https://ipsw.me/signed#iPad33)

Error message: Incorrect Apple ID."k.......................@icoud.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPad.

 

3. Update to firmware 9.3.1 (13E238) by Itunes (PC), DFU mode.

Error message: Incorrect Apple ID."k.......................@icoud.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPad.

 

4. Get helps from retail shops in Vietnam: It doesn't work.

 

5. Get Call support from Apple. Support number from Singapore Branch: 006564808300. Time: 01 april 2016 17:53, during 28 minutes (GMT+7). Do a lot of things, it still doesn't work.

Finally, he request me to show Receipt. But I dont have any receipts.

I have 2 iphone4, 1 iphone4s, 1 iphone5, 1 ipad1, 1 ipad2, 1 ipad3. I don't keep any receipts.

If I update iphone 5, ipad 2 to 9.3.1, I have same problems, I have no receipts. I cant get support because I have no receipts. I'ts so terrible, bad support.

 

I think this error derive from Apple, not my mistakes. Why do I have to keep receipts for Apple support (fix error)

 

Anybody help me please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
