    Hi why,

Depends what you mean by "a blank page."

Pages are defined in Numbers only when printing or when in Print View. A blank page under these circumstances is created when objects on the Sheet are spaced so widely that there's an empty space between them large enough to cover a full page. Move the objects closer together and the empty page disappears.

If your 'blank page is a Sheet with no content, then click the sheet's icon in the Sheets list, then press delete.

If neither of these address your issue, then I guess you've got some 'splainin' to do.

    Regards,

    Barry

    Hi Barry,

Your answer didn't help, I clicked on it accidentally and it can't be undo or delete. I created a three-pages invoice with Numbers, it had been using for a couple years. Now I want to update the invoice by getting rid of the last page. I had deleted the table and some graphics that was printed on page 3 (.pdf file). With the new update, the document still print 3 pages. Page 1 and 2 with contents correctly, and a blank page 3.

I used to solve this problem by copying the contents of page 1 and 2, and pasted them on a newly open blank page. The problem was, the contents were not on the same position on the page. It was very difficult to line up exactly the same as on the original document.  I am really surprise that Numbers doesn't have page view like Excel. It's like working in the dark. I have to view the page through printing process instead.

    Regards,

    LoMak

    Hi Lo Mak,

You are replying to a dead thread from 2011. Numbers has moved on since then .

Numbers 3 does not have a Print Layout, only Print Setup.

To arrange objects on a page, the Alignment Guides will help:

Numbers > Preferences > Rulers > Alignment Guides. Tick every box. The Guides do not print.

Menu > View > Show Rulers. You can drag alignment Guides from the rulers.

See this User Tip on creating a Layout Guide in Numbers 3:

Print Layout Guide for Numbers 3 on Mac

    Regards,

    Ian.
