Q: Files added to iCloud Windows PC drive not syncing

i have icloud Drive on my PC with Windows 10. Lately any new folder or file I create does not show up in the iCloud Drive of my other devices or iCloud.com. I am able to see and use the files on my PC iCloud Drive. How can I fix this?
