I understand that you are not seeing the correct Push settings for your email accounts on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get that fixed for you.
Since you are not seeing the option to enable Push, I would recommend removing the email account and adding it back in. Typically this can resolve most issues with an email account on your iPhone. It would reset up the email settings that would include Push. Take a look at the information below for more details on how to do that.

Apr 2, 2016 1:18 PM in response to norm123by Ma22Ei,Hello norm123,
thank you for your answer.
I tried deleting and re-adding the mail accounts, one by one. Still no push option available - I can only choose Fetch or Manual.
Situation is the same for Gmail and number of other mail providers, including local ones. This is why I believe the problem must by on my side (iPhone).
Any more ideas, how could I get this working?
THank you!

At that point, I don't as that is typically all you can do with the current setup. You can try to restore your iPhone and set it up as new or restore from a back up. If you have not restored your iPhone before, take a look at the first article below to walk you through this.

If either option does not work, then you will want to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
