Q: Authorization issues?

I have 4 mac's authorized through the iTunes store.  My main mac is no longer able to downloard or play any iTunes purchase that is stored in the cloud.  When I attempt to play or download, I receive the following:

When I attempt to do so, this is what I receive:

Wha??!!

The computer is authorized and plays iTunes purchases that are stored on the hard drive.  I have tested the other 3 macs, all iPads, and iPhones, Apple TV's, and those devices are all able to access and download all iTunes purchases from the cloud.

Here is what I have tried, and none have proven successful (which is why I'm here):

-Re-start

-Shut down, start computer

-De-Authorized then re-authorized computer with issue

-Used Disk Utilities and repaired permissions

-Deleted SC folder in Users folder, then re-authorized computer in iTunes

-checked to make sure I have the latest version. 12.3.3.17 is the latest.

-Said in appropriate words for my children to hear

-emailed Apple Support

Any thoughts regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Authorization and association aren't the same thing. Click here and follow the instructions.

    Niel:

Thanks for the link.  This must be the result of the new iOS update from this week.  I've had all of the same devices working perfectly and in the past, my computers weren't listed as devices.  Now they are.  Guess it's time to turn on Family Share and figure out how to make it work.

    Thanks!
