Q: My i pod app store keeps saying cannot connect to i tunes. I can't get apps or do anything.

My i pod 5 keeps bring up my sign in to iTunes store and when i do it says ' cannot connect to itunes store.' I want to know how to fix this?? Y i pod 5 is updated to 9.3.1

iPod touch, iOS 9.3
