Apr 2, 2016 6:18 PM in response to stevejobsfan0123by BethYost,Doesn't work for me. iTunes doesn't recognize my iPad for some reason, even tho it says Beth's iPad. I have 2 iPads that are named the same, but iCloud shows the different ones, diff serial numbers, etc. One's white, the old one black. It even just said my last update on the one iTunes doesn't recognize was just a few minutes ago while I was trying for the umpteenth time in 2 weeks to be able to use my newer iPad. WAY beyond frustrating. We live in a very small town. Closest Apple store is 3 hours away.

Apr 2, 2016 6:35 PM in response to stevejobsfan0123by tucsongirl14,I am trying this again right now. I did this yesterday and am still getting the same message that it cannot connect to the activation server.
At this point I am a very unhappy Apple customer!

Apr 2, 2016 7:53 PM in response to tucsongirl14by tucsongirl14,I ran the 9.3.1 update through iTunes. The screen lit up on my iPad and it said it had successfully updated and that it needed to be activated. I went through the steps and it again said it could not be activated. Then I opened iTunes on my PC and in the upper right hand corner it said it had two more hours to complete downloading. Something is wrong! Please advise as I cannot seem to get this to activate.
